On the occasion of the 26th Anniversary of Macau University of Science and Technology (MUST), the university presents the Talk of Diplomacy 2026. Prof. Mahbubani will deliver a keynote speech entitled Is Diplomacy a sunrise or sunset profession? followed by an in-depth dialogue with Prof. Hao Yufan, distinguished international relations scholar at MUST.

Prof. Kishore Mahbubani is 2021 Honorary Doctor of MUST, Chunqiu Senior Fellow at the China Institute of Fudan University and Founding Dean of the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at the National University of Singapore. He has served as Singapore’s former Permanent Representative to the United Nations and President of the United Nations Security Council.
